Can't pledge to any factions.
When I talk to Arach Jalaal it asks me to click accept and then nothing happens. It doesn't send me to any other people. If I visit them all nothing happens. It shows me the rewards but won't let me pledge to any. Really annoying cos the special event has started with renown which I can't earn.

Hello, Faction Rallies ended on the weekly reset which was on Tuesday at 10AM PST. For now it's still unknown the exact date when the next faction rallies will come back.
