I can’t believe how cruel some people can be towards others in Escalation Protocol
Seriously, how low can people go, it’s like human decency gets thrown out the window for one in game activity. Calling people blueberries, rando’s, and worse things for not joining in a party or replying to a message.

Let me explain, I was hosting an EP and together we had 7 people about 385 light and one guy 355. Naturally, team members started bickering to trick him into letting him promote one of the 385’s as leader then kick him. But, there was no need because we had enough high level people to compete it easily, and we did 4 Times.
.
The 355 said thanks they were trying to get the shotgun and appreciated all the help. Unfortunately, the others spammed the guy to death with lies and such type messages to get him to promote one of the 385’s as leaders. He finally caved and did it, Party was laughing calling him an idiot, kicked him, the invited one of their own high level.

It’s disgusting actually pretty inhuman to do that to someone you don’t know. By the way, I helped the 385’s get to level 7, ran the boss down to 35 seconds, left to orbit and took two others with me. The failed by the way and had a maxed out server so they couldn’t join back in.

The rage was delicious over party chat. Anyone who degrades another person for no good reason always has karma coming for them.

[spoiler]If Bungie would stop toying around and do their job.[/spoiler] It's Bungie's fault for scrapping D2 and starting over like D1 that they refuse to add options to create bigger fire teams among other deliberate poor decisions the higher ups continue to make. Bungie has always looked for ways around things like (optional matchmaking) to stretch content out with what little content they offered to get them by until the next DLC or whatever. It's so annoying how they play this game with the player base...

It's just amazing how they didn't think of making activities like the Raid this way with the ability to just walk into the entrance of one and wait for others to show up before moving on. VoG had all the potential in the world for something like this to be a thing, people sparrowing by the entrance would often see people trying to open it and help out even often inviting them into the Raid team before progressing further.

I do agree on them for not wanting a 355 (I mean.....would you want a 287 for prestige levi?) but the way they went about it was just them being assholes. Glad you trolled them and made em lose the run.

Yes those people are morons for crying about a 355 when they're more than capable of carrying. I completed an event yesterday as a 383 and I had about 5 randoms join in, one was 382, 370, and the rest 345-362. I told a buddy who's 385 to join and we might actually get this done. All I was doing was farming Sweet business kills and it turned into ep completion. I would avoid that group altogether from now on if they're crying about carrying one person, especially when 3 of us carried 4 people who were way underleveled.

2 Repliesblueberry and rando is not derogatory. welcome to the online version of the real world. don't like it, see yourself out the door. there is nothing disgusting or inhumane. such comments proves you have never seen, witnessed, of experienced actual acts of inhumane treatment. 355's do near 0 damage. they are a hindrance more than just a carry. EP is not going anywhere, and unless you are lucky, you ave near no chance getting the guns during your session. decency is never to be expected with online interactions. such expectations lead to cry baby whiners like you sharing your "opinion" while playing the worlds smallest violin.

16 Replies355 shouldn’t even pair with 385 players because they aren’t committed to the game. I would do the same thing because I’d rather finish then fail because of one blueberry. Most of the time they are trash players anyways. They would crouch look down and think their knee is an enemy and start shooting it. I think you are the a—hole because about 95% of the time the blueberry stands around doing nothing and it’s annoying af and they can join a different server I always give my server to players who want it

This gaming community is incredibly toxic. Everyone spends their time in different ways but too many people treat this like a job. If this game is like a job to you then you need to play something else. games are meant to be fun and enjoyed.

Can someone point me to the Destiny 2 were you spawn on Mars and are bombarded with spam from immature brats? I don't want to sound like a PC master race guy here, but is this a console thing? I've never seen this happen on PC and when I asked my friends about it they also said they've never seen anything like it. Everything you're describing can be avoided if you just turn whispers off, block the players spamming you, and/or just don't join their fireteam and don't let them in yours. Seriously, you're all acting like a bunch of babies because some twats wouldn't stop sending you -blam!-ing messages. I can't imagine how any of you handle real world problems.
