I had an override frequency and carried it over a couple weeks (#OtherPriorities), also means through reset. I retrieved it and can't make more frequencies-doesn't show can make more or discard. I have way more than 4 stems. I'm 18/40 nodes done according to emblem. I've changed planets, tried tower, back to mars. I haven't yet tried to log out or another character.
