Its insane how a lot of players still have stuttering issues. Im using a Gtx 1080ti with a Ryzen 7 1700 running at 3.7GHz on a 21:9 Ultrawide Gsync monitor on 3440x1440 and im getting smooth Fps 60 to 100 depending on the area and npcs but after playing around 1 hour im starting to recognize stuttering. Mostly this happens in patrol areas. Its getting out of hand sometimes because the movements gets so choppy you cant even aim correctly. AND yes im using newest drivers and have no temp problems.
