New Exotic Perk suggestion for Scouts:
Every third consecutive critical hit, does bonus damage. If 56 is the average crit damage, the the third shot should be at least 88. Something that ensures a three tap upon successful crit chaining. Hat Trick
Jade Rabbit and Polaris Lance are two High Impact Exotic Scout rifles.
Graviton and Vigilance are two High Impact (basically) Exotic Pulse rifles.
Optimal TTK:
- These Scouts (4 shots)
- These Pulses (3 bursts)
4 !== 3, 3 !== 4
BUNGIE PLEASE!!! At least let the Exotic version of the High Impact Scouts be a baseline three tap if you hit all crits. It's hard to stomach hitting someone three times and them still living, especially if they hit you 3 times with either of those pulse rifles and die.
I am not the only person who feels this way. And this is just a request for these two specific Exotics to be buffed, even though the whole high impact scout archetype needs to be buffed to D1 levels for them to be competitive in PvP. Sure, low resilience (like 0 - 2) can yield a potential three tap, but Graviton and Vigilance can rip through any resilience in 3 burst. This is literally the only true issue (non-3 tap scouts) I have with D2.
