Though Destiny 2 has some subclasses that are good and very powerful, I feel there is a small solution to subclasses that would not only boost individuality and increase use of different gear sets and armor pieces, but my suggestion would also increase player satisfaction and engage the community into purposeful guardian building. The suggestion is.... Go back to the Destiny 1 way of managing perks for subclasses. Though the skill trees were a cool spin on things and a new idea, I feel there was more engagement in tuning your subclass to play a particular role (strikes, raids, crucible, etc.), it made certain armor sets and pieces more useful (certain gear for different roles and playstyles), and most of all your super and abilities differed from everyone else's. I feel that if everyone could fine-tune their subclasses again, not only would the veterans love it, but the new fans of the Destiny franchise would as well. For instance, I was probably one of the few that actually used Viking funeral for the sunsinger. People said it was a waste and not a lot of people used it. But I did. And I loved it because it was my choice. The game would greatly benefit from individuality and I believe this change would improve player-life and make the game we all love that much better. Thank you for your time. I appreciate all that you guys and gals do.

Just put all of the perks out there, limit us to "X" amount of choices per columns, etc.Though the skill trees were a cool spin on things and a new idea, I feel there was more engagement in tuning your subclass to play a particular role (strikes, raids, crucible, etc.), it made certain armor sets and pieces more useful (certain gear for different roles and playstyles), and most of all your super and abilities differed from everyone else's.
