Huckleberry Catalyst perk bugged and also contradictory to the Exotic perk 'Ride the Bull'
So as the video shows, 'ride the bull' perk will automatically reload a portion of your weapon's mag back to the clip.
Now in some cases enemy threats can be killed with in 5-6 shots allowing for the 'ride the bull' perk to reload back to 30 rounds in the Huckleberry but the issue is, with the Catalyst 'ambitious assassin' perk once ride the bull perk procs the mag back to 30, I cannot manual reload to proc the catalyst perk without expending the mag. but here is the final issue, if I do this. Because 'I've technically' reloaded through 'ride the bull' I cannot proc ambitious assassin again 100% of the time, if I reload within the internal 10sec window I get the buff but if not I lose it and have to gather rapid kills again to even proc the buff that really should proc when ride the bull procs.
The only way to proc the catalyst perk is by making sure ride the bull does not reload your gun back to its 30 mag state. so I suggest you either change the perk for the catalyst so it synergies with the exotic perk or you allow ride the bull perk 'reload' to proc ambitious assassin.

look this up if you do not believe this. Bungie has had Destiny as a whole on the back burner and out sourced the last dlc. And it shows. D2 has been failuer and a insult to the player base. Know bungie is making a new game that has nothing to with the half assed destiny game. Now we can see why Destiny has no content and a huge mess of a story. With the connection to the china company way more Grredboxes and microtransaction are going to be the center piece as this is exactly what bungie has done with D2. Do Not Buy any DLC or anything ever again as bungie has shown Destiny is at best an after thought to them. Destiny has been guessed by players, Youtubers, and Streamers to be dead and Dying. Well now we know that bungie has no intention to make Destiny any better ever. Its over and done. A failuer from start to end. Check Google/Kotaku.com for yourself.
