Right I probably should of said this earlier but if you annex capture a state all the military you send will stay in that state. For example if I build up a military in Alaska then send that military and capture Montana then build my military in Montana I’ve ended with 10k troops in Montana and none in Alaska. You can also specify the Troops you send to annex must be at least 1k but I default to 5k. Actions 1. Annex a state on your border-If unowned by a player then you half a 50% chance of success. If owned by a player then your militaries will fight (You must specify which state/s you are invading from.) 2. Build up military. This will add 5 units(or 5000 men) to your army in a specific state 3. Send military to another owned state or an allies state. 4. Research atomic bomb- This will take 3 actions and must be done 5 times in order to create one. After that you will need to use 3 actions to make another. 5. Use atomic bomb- This take all your actions for a turn and completely destroys a state, rendering it useless for any one else looking to take over. Cannot be used on a capital state. 6. Create/Join alliance. This is used to create an alliance. In order to create a successful alliance all members looking to join must use this action 7. Accept new member to alliance. This accepts a new player into a new alliance. 8. Leave/kick from alliance. Must have a majority use this action to kick a player 9.Build up Navy 10. Move your Capital (Uses all your Actions ) Other Rules 1.DON’T attack or annex Wyoming. That is a crime that is punishable by the immediate nuking of your territory. 2.You can betray your allies. This however is a dick move...so your call 3.Alaska, Hawaii, Guam the Virgin Islands , American Samoa, Puerto Rico and the Northern Mariana Islands are now open for taking. They require a Navy (Excluding Alaska which just needs a normal army and canadian border state) and a state on the coast to access. 4. You can move your capital state but it requires you to use all of your actions for a round and to abandon that state as neutral territory. 5. If you and another player both try to annex a state at the same time then your militaries fight and who ever has sent the most troops wins the state. 6. You need at least one military unit to annex a state. 7. You start with a 10 unit military 8. If you conquer or Annex a state the troops you’ve sent there will remain there. 9.THIS IS A CHANGE. If you take someone capitol state then all their territory become yours 10. You can only attack a state that borders on of yours. 11. You can only move troops through your or your allies states 12. If you are inactive for 2 or more turns 13.Sometimes a State will rebel. If you fail to capture a state then Resentment will build in it. List of players . Triumphant -California light green 2.
