The first week I competed nascent dawn step 1 on all characters. Last week i completed step 2 on one and received Braytech RWP Mk. II Scout Rifle. I then started, but didn't finish it on a second. This week i saw I had Nascent Dawn 3/5 on my Hunter, but waited until Today to start it. I'm just getting ready and it bumped me down to step 2/5!! I checked my other characters and my Warlock and Titan were also bumped down a level (step 1)... WTH?! I have to go through all these steps again! I have the Braytech RWP to prove i finished step 2. I don't know how to prove i completed step 1 on my other characters though, but this is irritating and frustrating. So to recap: Hunter completed 2/5 was on 3/5, got bumped to 2/5 Titan completed 1/5, almost completed 2/5, bumped down to 1/5 Warlock completed 1/5 was on 2/5, bumped down to 1/5
