Attunement of Conduction: Everything you need to know to release the hurricane without
Attunement of Conduction is path for the Warlock that focuses primarily on dealing arcing damage between enemies. This guide will only cover abilities unique to the Attunement of Conduction and not normal Warlock abilities like Rifts or Grenades. Let's go over the ability nodes in the order in which they would be unlocked.
[b]+ Chain Lightning[/b]
- This melee attack strikes at an extended range and arcs damage to another enemy. It has a range of 6.5m (the normal melee is 5m). After hitting an enemy with it the next nearest enemy within 9m will take 55% melee damage. If there is no second enemy within 9m the damage will simply not arc.
[b]+ Transcendence[/b]
- Extends the duration of Stormtrance and provides a full heal when Grenade and Melee charges are full. This ability notably excludes Rift and the player is free to use their Rift without affecting Transcendence. Providing a full heal should be self-explanatory. Transcendence increases the duration though by roughly ~30%. 5 seconds at a maximum and 3 seconds at a minimum, depending on how long the player is in an attack state.
[b]+ Arc Web[/b]
- The first enemy hit by a grenade will arc damage to other enemies. Enemies must be within 10m of the initial target in order to take damage, and damage [i]will not[/i] arc to any enemies already damaged by the grenade. Even if it appear to they will take no damage. The damage dealt by this ability is very low, but can strike up to three separate enemies. Damage will also only originate from the initial target and will not chain between targets like that of an Arc Bolt grenade.
[b]+ Ionic Blink[/b]
- While using Stormtrance the player can Blink a short distance in the direction they are moving. Each Blink travels 4m omnidirectionally and will subtract 0.5s from your super duration.
[u]Fun Facts[/u]
• The player can Blink a maximum of eight times while using Stormtrance; ten times with the use of Transcendence.
• Using Ionic Blink while airborne will always pull the player upwards, even if they have downward momentum.
