Celestial Nighthawk is one of the coolest looking helmets in the game. And its efficiency in PvE is fricken great too.
I have one issue with it.
it doesn't feel powerful.
You get reduced to a single Golden Gun shot. One shot to completely obliterate any strike boss. It has to be the most damage you can do with any single super at any time. But its so underwhelming to use. I shoot and it's the same as the normal golden gun sound - overall pretty quiet and abrupt. Doesn't feel like I just shot the single most powerful bullet in the game.
The other instant supers don't have this issue for me. D1 Fist of Havoc had this loud smash as soon as it landed. everyone in the Fireteam hears it and knows what's going on. Voidwalker's Nova Bomb is a -blam!-ing rip in space time and BOI does it feel like one. That's two elements and classes down. Hunters and their solar light can have that same feeling too.
I imagine the high pitched whine of a jet engine zooming towards the enemy - or even a Hawk shriek (like the Iron Gjallarhorn wolf sound). followed by the sound barrier being torn apart. The sound is heard a full second after the bullet lands. Just a thundering !BOOM!
We're essentially shooting a piece of SUN at the enemy so it should feel like it.
Plus, I don't think any Guardian class could feel weak if there was a gun that sounded like that on their side.
