I see loads of people having issues with this and causing a very close wipe or a wipe altogether. Hopefully this will help.
If a floater has Superior Retainer then send them up to save plate swapping. If the call outs are Circle (Mid) and Right (Triangle) then the spare floater should grab the orb for Mid (Circle) and the person coming down will clear adds. Never swap sides, it isn't needed and can quickly cause a wipe if not reacted to quickly. Right grabs for Right, Left for Left and Mid for Mid.
If charged plates are Mid (Circle) and Left (Square) but the symbols are Mid (Circle) and Right (Triangle) then Mid (Circle) will charge at Left (Square) and Right (Triangle) will charge at Mid (Circle) this stop anyone having to travel to the other side of the map and speeds up the process.
I know it isn't rocket science but I've been in so many groups where people are crossing the map or you have 3 people on one plate because someone from left has gone to mid and they aren't needed and then the sole person on left died due to adds.
Remember those simple things and you will be far better off!

Just clear ads from safety then have the people with orbs call out when they are passing through the white stuff. The people defending the arming symbols never even step on the symbol. Doing it this way makes sure that both orb guys are ready when the door opens and by not standing on the plate for awhile it prevents ads from bunching up. Also I think there is like 5 people on this forum that actually raid
