Which would you rather not have?
I was going to do this a while ago but never got around seeing if DeMix was ok with it. In honor of his hopefully temporary leaving I have come up with this.

I'd say staff because I don't want people doing stuff for me.

I'd never want a mansion, so I don't ever need staff. I don't want to mow 8 acres of land. My dream car cost more than half a million. So I'd go with that, sell it, and not worry about the rest.

Couldn't care less about land, cars, or manions. If I have money and staff then I can buy anything I need/want and have staff do all the daily stuff I don't want to. Just put me up in a nice enough apartment with good internet.

I don't need a mansion, but with house prices as they are, I could make a lot more the 0.5 mil by selling the mansion. No $500,000

2 RepliesThis is a nice touch! I chose the mansion. Even with paid staff to maintain it, I would rather have a house that just meets my needs and lots of property to have fun on! On another note, half a million does not go as far as people think it does anymore, especially when new vehicles are getting to the point of starting at $50k.

For me, 8 acres of land would be great. Lots of privacy and space. Could be used for hunting or hiking. I don’t really need staff so I’ll subtract that from my winnings

3 RepliesThe eight acres of land. Not only is it the least of the options, but it would have to stay maintained for it to be worth it. Meaning you'd have to pay someone to mow some (or all) of it. Not including what kind of wildlife you have around making who knows what kind of messes.

I wouldn't want a mansion I had to maintain myself. So I'd rather have all that minus 8 acres. I'll just take all that on 7.5 acres...

The staff can go. I'll just hire a commercial cleaning service to come in twice a week and clean my mess.

I'll sell the mansion for the money and simplicity, do something with the land, buy a roomy beautiful simple home and pay everything off, and live with my girl. We'll have enough money to do what we want with our lives without worry. My dream car is already a 2018 chevy Camaro zl1, which is nice. Too bad this is just a post.
