I bloody love the boss fights in these games, but once they're done, they're done (until NG+). So I reckon From should give us the options of fighting the bosses in isolation.
I envision something like a gravestone in Bloodborne or whatever facilitates hub menus in Dark Souls (I'm just getting back into 1 after my fourth attempt in 6 years), and just a list of bosses in their arenas to fight. I reckon they should give you like 10% of their usual Echoes/Souls, or some vastly reduced number so they're not worth grinding, if any at all.
Whaddaya think?

Cant wait for shadows die twice, regardless of what it is.

Honestly, SOTFS was my fav of the franchise. Coming from someone whos been hooked on fromsoft since demon souls. Dark souls 2 had bonfire ascetic which would ressurect the boss, but makes them harder to kill. Allowed for boss farming and weapon duplicates which was awesome. My fav pvp so far has def been with d2.

Dark Souls 2 did this. The name escapes me, but it was an item that allowed a NG+ of a “zone” that the bonfire governed, allowing you to continually resurrect a boss to kill it. Bonfire Ascetic. That’s what it was called.

Not exactly picking up what you’re putting down... So a way to fight the bosses again when you defeat them?

A kind of only boss battle arena would be cool, past games have done this before and it could work for something like dark souls where the bosses are a big part of the game.
