Verity's Brow not buffing allies
According to the description of the item, the buff should also apply to nearby allies. I couldn't get the grenade recharge effect to proc for nearby allies no matter how close they got to me.

Also noticing this issue, would like to know if it's a bug or just not displaying the buff. How does it trigger? Do allies have to kill with their energy weapons? Do they get the buff when I kill with my energy weapon?
