Changing the way activities are leveled/Playlist modification:
1. Add missions to the strike playlist(or multiple strung together to form a decent length activity), do the same for adventures, add all to the strike playlists.(create a narrative that supports being able to move rapidly/teleport to the different locations, or have us take our ships)
2. New strike playlist leveling.
- Three strike playlists, Guardian, Heroic, Legendary.
- Guardian, base strikes at level(no modifiers)(lower leveled gear)(revives active)
- Heroic, enemy's are noticeably stronger then guardians(3 modifiers + burn)(loot at level/slightly higher + legendary engram every three completed activities)(25 second death timer)(strike specific loot)
- Legendary, enemies are significantly stronger then guardians(3 harsh modifiers + burn + 1 random positive or negative effect)( gear up to 5 levels higher may drop, every 5 activities completed you are awarded a strong unique engram capable of dropping up to 8 levels higher witj a 15% chance of dropping an exotic engram(strike loot)(ornaments for strike loot)(5% chance of dropping a legendary eververse item, 2.5% of exotic tier eververse item)
- Create skipable(by vote/individual) cut scenes for these activities to create a sense of immersion.
- Ghost voice personality substitutes, sense our guardians don't speak why not have various ghost dialogue mods that would change the way the ghost talks. Basically the ghosts dialogue recorded with different personalities to them, for instance there could be a sarcastic voice option that adds some snark to the ghost, have the default one be called uptight ghost then make 2-3+ other options. Same lines, same voice actor(prefer new ones, but being realistic)just different attitudes and tones.(you can even eververse some)
Anyways, that's my idea. Thoughts, comments, unfiltered hate, have at it.
Note: there would still be base level options for all activities.
