Post what you dont like about Ana Bray, whether about her character or her writing, whatever.
Personally, one of the main things I dislike about her is her excuse for falling off the grid even during the Red War.
I did what I thought was right
Seriously? I seriously cant think of a weaker excuse.

She doesn't make sense. She shouldn't know who she is. Aside from that? She sounds like an annoying know-it-all 17-year-old who says what she wants because she's "special" and literally just pushes through Zavala every step of the way unless it's convenient for the 'plot' not to.

Brother Vance has more character than she does. Now THAT'S pretty bad.
Seriously? I seriously cant think of a weaker excuse.
Not a weak excuse. She was at an impasse with the Vanguard. Their "rules" were getting in the way of what she felt was the best way forward in terms of how to defeat the Darkness....and the story is proving her right. If Ana hadn't done what she did, what happened on Mars could have blossomed into a disaster. Saladin and Zavala suffer from the same character "flaw". Both men are honorable, dedicated men...are true paladins. But both of them are very rigid and very conventional in their thinking. Zavala is at least aware of this...and is why he keeps Cayde where he is in The Tower. Cayde's impulsive and creative "brilliance" act as a counterweight to Zavala's conventionalism and predictability. As long as Ana stayed in the Vanguard fold, Zavala would have never allowed her to aggressively pursue her past and the key to restoring Rasputin and returning him to the fold. The "dressing down" that Zavala gave her when he found her at Brayscape made that undeniably clear. So there comes a point where--when dealing with someone that rigid---that you either knuckle under and give in to their "my way or else" approach. Or you break away, and take a "better to beg for forgiveness, than to ask for permission" approach. Which is what Ana did.

She sounds like a 9 year old and acts like she’s so tuff.

Her finger pointing
-
In a word? Generic.
-
We all found her journal in the hangar - so we know she was around during/after the Red War, but she was being a chicken sh_t.
-
Personally, I like her. Mainly because she decided to stare Zavala in the face and said her actions were qualified. Besides, if she wasn’t on mars, how would we have known about Rasputin being in trouble? Or Xol?
-
I like her because she's 9
-
She's the exo stranger. Watch, it will happen!!
-
Yeah and Zavala ran off like a bitch, yet complained to her... if she would have had Rasputin on our side we would have seen the red legion coming.... but because we wanted to use him as a weapon things turned out bad for us, now Rasputin is always watching and will inform us of a threat

I can't unhear Amy Wong from Futurama when she has dialogue 🤣

She is wearing armor.
