Weapon LOOKS fantastic, like something I'd want to use. The perk that gives a high damage shot after 4 precision shots could be better... I can't really tell how impactful it is from the video MoreConsole posted... Either it isn't that strong or it just doesn't LOOK that strong. How about... After 4 precision shots, the next time you HIPFIRE will do however much damage it does now but since you're hipfiring you guys can go nuts with making the projectile look great (like a Spartan Laser shot or something). Edit 2: I was unaware of the ammo refilling perk that I've now seen some people talk about so... Maybe what I said is a bad idea. Oh well.
