Dear guardians, In my last topic unfortunately the provided information did not help. I've been searching the internet, this forum and everything for a solution, but I'm really unlucky :-( Maybe I haven't described my problem in the right way, so I give it another go. I'm a destiny player since destiny 1, so I remembered that I have an old PSN account on bungie.net I wanted to link both accounts. So while I was signed in with my battle.net bungie profile I linked my old PSN account into it. Afterwards, I noticed that all the information is gone, including the information since when Im registered on bungie.net. [b]Possible solutions and outcome:[/b] I followed the steps of the unlinking the authi on the account I wanted to keep (PSN). I noticed that it still says "since two days on bungie.net", the battle net bungie profile time-on-bungie is reset on 0 days.... [b]Others:[/b] I'm still able to log in on both accounts - so I have my battle.net bungie profile and my PSN profile, but the PSN profile includes the wrong information. [b]questions:[/b] a) I know I probably messed it up, but is there any way to really recover the information for my old profile? b) Is it a problem that both accounts use the same e-mail address?
