Turtle Error - PC: failed to download configuration files from Bungie servers

Soon as I login, press enter, goes to download files from server - errors out - been this way for DAYS. Things I've tried + Reinstalling + Shutdown and unplug for 5 minutes + Shutdown Software Firewall + Turn off Antivirus + Updated Drivers + Tried a VPN + Updated Client + Launched with different client (got saxophone error instead - means to use blizzards client) + Nothing here helped https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11683 + Ethernet connection - no issues, no packet loss, no issues connecting to anything else in my network Edit: Also tried + Flushed DNS Cache + Unplugged Router for 30 seconds

  • I haven't played for months. Been trying to connect for like an hour. Also tried everything listed above... nothing. And the support articles from both bungie and blizzard haven't helped either. Anyone know how to fix this?
