[Lore] Evidence that the Hive Worms and Ahamkara might be the same creatures
The spines growing on the young hive worms on the dreadnaught look eerily similar to those present on the Young Ahamkara's Spine. This could support the theory that the hive worms and ahamkara are one and the same.
