Weekly Population Reminder - 3/19/2018 - (PvE/PvP/TotN): 280K/156K/52K
Just a weekly reminder of the monday numbers that I´ll post every Thursday/Wednesday.
Disclaimer: Lowest numbers since 09/2014, yaay. And the numbers still drop like a cement shit in the ocean and it seems like the game dies a slow but inevitable death. But who am I to judge? 🤷🏼♂️

20 RepliesThey will continue to drop, but when the next DLC comes out it will pick up again. Although, I don't think it will pick back up as much as some might think. Reason being, gamers know what D1 was like, the incentive it had etc. D2 doesn't have that going for it and updates that are just putting out small petty things that have no interest will not keep many gamers interest in wanting to play. Look what Bungie offered with the first expansion. Does anyone really expect that much more knowing this is not a loot base system anymore? It has no progression system No gear or weapons to look forward to knowing perks are set. You don't have a chance to find better gear or weapons like D1 when getting duplicates. In D1 even if you got the same gear piece over and over unlike D2. There was different stats that can increase your armor, health, intellect, discipline that would improve your characters abilities that gamers looked forward to. I'm sorry, but the Chuck-E-Cheese tokens are not working for this game. Gamers want to see the engrams drop and have a chance to get a new reward, not spend time leveling up rep for a chance to get their 1000th duplicate that should have an automatic dismantle system at this point. The game is lacking way too much to keep a lot of the player base interest, and the 6+ million that drooped this game like a bad habit and plummeting is proof of that. Hell, D1 around this time had 3+ million. That alone says enough.

They bit off more than they could chew with their publishing deal with Activision and opted to throw us the players under the bus in their rush to be compliant while insulting our intelligence in the process with all the nefarious fu*kery they unleashed on us these last few months. Fu*k Bungie and Fu*k Destiny. Burn.

10 RepliesI don't think they are concerned. I believe they plan on taking a hit for the next 18 months and are just going through some motions to put on a show of concern. They know they can't make the changes we really want, they have a ball and chain for an engine. They are just doing what they can, within budget that is. They will have a faster engine for D3, unless they are completely insane, and they just have to hope we're forgetful or fickle. I know most people say right now that there's no way they'll buy D3, no matter what. But I have a feeling that if D3 is what D2 should have been people will change their song and buy it anyways.

Funny how PVE always has the highest number but is always shit on trying to cater to the crubabys . This game was balanced into a dumpster fire for the sake of pvp. Yeah it’s getting real bad. They have the game available for $19.99 at Best Buy today along with major discounts on all of the Razer Destiny 2 products. People are trying to push these items out the door and off the floor at any cost. Sad to say, but Bungie has done this to themselves.
