Alternative to perk/upgrade rerolls
Each weapon should have 3+ versions that can drop with SET perks that are different. In that way every weapon can have several different rolls that are properly balanced that can be sought after.
An additional slot/upgrade for masterwork Weapons that is strictly PvE related could be a thing too. This was implimented in destiny 1, but had to be chosen.
With Masterworks Armor we can introduce an additional Perk slot that changes how the player interacts and performs with the weapon, but doesn't change the weapons general performance itself.
Examples:
Icarus,
Battle runner,
Take a knee,
Army of One,
Cascade.
These upgrades encourage playstyle, without awarding players for simply getting kills.
Small side issues and suggestions:
-Landing teathers doesn't feel accurate, the teather can often hit things that are beside your actual target.
-Teathered enemies should take more damage, and or teathering should should boost your armor.
-Ward of dawn should disable enemy abilities when you step in.
-Grenade launchers damage buff/rework. (No idea how the current buff will work)
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
