Can someone please explain this to me?
Why would someone EVER want to use a sniper over a rocket launcher, especially for PvE? Just another screw up on Bungies part. They can buff snipers all they want. Nobody is ever going to use them.
Edit 1: number 3 on trending. At what point does Bungie put the weaon system back to D1's?

They are not a particularly easy weapon to use when using a console joystick. I can't speak for those who are using mouse/keyboard combos but my guess would be that would be OK.
