The Destiny 2 experience is horrible when handling competitive. I’ve been matched with the same people on both sides THREE times now. Competitive loading time is literal 5 to 10 minutes each time, for the same people?
.
I don’t know if the algorithm for player finding is messed up. Or if there are so few people doing competitive that there isn’t enough random finds taking place. And the team leaving is absurd. Making it worse finding replacements in time IS IMPOSSIBLE.
.
3/10 from me for it being a bad experience. I’ve played hellishly worse competitives than this, but this is still bad.
And the team leaving is absurd. Making it worse finding replacements in time IS IMPOSSIBLE.
From what I understand there is no JiP in Competitive.

It’s not bad just unfinished

It's the depleted population. The only ones left are super casual or super sweaty. Fortnite can find upwards of 100 players within 1 minute. D2 takes ~2 minutes to find 2 teammates. Numbers don't lie

I agree, I just played my first crucible match in a week and its already a shit show.

You are saying competitive is bad.

there are probably only a few thousand people playing at this specific time of those few thousand people you either have people in a match or people searching for a match of those people searching for a match you have those compatible (team of 3 that needs 1 or full team of 4 looking to match up against team of 3 + 1 random etc) and then it supposedly comes down to connection bungie claims its connection based so you have very few teams or players that are a possible match at that given time
