You reload, and there's always ammo. Punishing players for using their general purpose weapon by not giving them ammo for it just doesn't make sense. I'm using my Energy to break shields, not get kills. You clearly designed Kinetics to be the killing weapon, or you wouldn't have put a damage penalty against health on Energy weapons. So why are you punishing players for using the weapons as intended? Let players use their Kinetic weapons as much as they want.
