Noticed the SAME thing. It is definitely mostly in the game though. I hate to put down someone’s work, BUT I REALLY didn’t care for the art direction of the character design in this game. It just got too cartoony or something. To clean, rounded. It didn’t look like DESTINY to me. I feel like they changed design teams near the end of D1 and that team was responsible for this stuff but it is NOT what Destiny looks like to me. I will say the sets seem to be getting better though. Man, I hope so. Side note: am I the only one that thought we would be looking like beefy Cabal by the end of this thing? Remember the strike brothers arms for the Titan? I pictured an evolution of that in this CABAL focused game. Not a fan of the Calus gear mostly.
