You reload, and there's always ammo. Punishing players for using their general purpose weapon by not giving them ammo for it just doesn't make sense. I'm using my Energy to break shields, not get kills. You clearly designed Kinetics to be the killing weapon, or you wouldn't have put a damage penalty against health on Energy weapons. So why are you punishing players for using the weapons as intended? Let players use their Kinetic weapons as much as they want.

you know its called controlled bursts, also it would make certain weapons like handcannons even more over powered, imean shoot away with out having to deal with small mag , guns like hand cannon need every bullet they have and unlimited ammo would turn them into only -blam!-ing gun you need, instead how about armor mods for increased ammo cap or ammo consumables from d1

I really wish they would address the hidden jugular mechanic in the game. Maybe once or twice a Kinetic ammo brick will drop while I am using my Kinetic weapon during a entire strike. Same will happen if you just use your Energy weapon. Most of the time this is what plays out. Me: God Damn!!! Friend: What you ok? Me: Yea just out of ammo again. Friend: Ok for a second I thought some crackhead jumped through your window or something. And you are right if there wasn't a damage penalty for using a Energy weapon It wouldn't be that big of a deal. But I have never seen a single official response on this subject and if they can create such pomp and circumstance over emblems. They can at least give us a paragraph about this.
