Faction Rallies
Faction Rallies milestone doesn't show up on either of my characters. I am unable to pledge to any faction. I have Character Level 20 and i have Complete the Red War Campaign. These are prerequisites as stated here https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46312 .

You can only join a faction during a faction rally and thus only then will the milestone appear. The next rally starts tomorrow.
