I did some test with the risk runner smg and the skathelocke auto rifle. The risk runner has higher stability stats plus a mod that reduces recoil for the energy weapon, but its about 3x worse stable/accurate than the skathelocke ( which has lower stability and no recoil mods). I did these test by aiming at a wall and shooting both while aimed down the sights. The risk runner with more stability did approx 3x worse and bigger spread than the auto rifle with worse stability. Hopefully that was clear. So my question is why? Does less stability mean higher accuracy? (Sarcasm)

If you want to test stability, use a Juggernaut Striker Titan and test the difference between firing a weapon when the “Frontal Assault” Perk is active and when it is not. That’ll give you an understanding of what Stability does.
