Gen:Locke TALOS

"I thought about it, an upgrade, armor able to make any weapon the soldier could think of. Its still a work in progress, but by god is it amazing. I tested it all, VALKYRIEs love it, and now its a staple in their armor patterns." ~Lead Scientist Leon Locke ======================== Gen:Locke TALOS (Tactical Armored Linear Operating System) is a specialized armor variation of the standard TALOS armor set. This customary version is designed with an inbuilt flux of fluid nanomachines, which when synced with the Valkyrie neural implant, can be used to form any melee weapon or tool the soldier can think of. It created a new breed of hyper lethal, widely variable soldier. The Gen:Locke armored suit is capable of protecting the user and deploying a Refracted Energy Shield (RES), which renders the user invisible by reflecting the immediate surroundings. This field also disrupts heat signatures by "blotching" the user on scanners and infrared sightings. The armor has its own shield generator, coating the user in a gel like form of shielding, that slows ballistics and dissipates some of the power in energy bolts. As well, if anything does get past, the Titanium-Carbide plating protects the user. The armor is a variant of Powered Operating Systems (POS), meaning movement is enhanced and strength is boosted, as well as overall protection is much better, along with reaction times and processing speed. The helmet has several different optical systems, ranging from infrared, thermal, and zoomed options, and tracks targets for easy targeting. The armor has a jet pack installed, allowing for EVA operations and airborne movement, or quick lateral or horizontal movements. -------------------------------------------------- The armor is capable of withstanding small arms and some higher caliber rounds, seeing as it normally won't see long range sustained combat. The gel shielding, once broken, will require a bit to recharge. Once it is charged, it is formed again at full strength. Within the armor, is what is known as "SEAgel", a mixture of aerogel and any metallic alloy. The mixture of SEAgel used in Gen:Locke armor is mixed with titanium. The Titanium SEAgel in turn is lightweight, but only enough to fully cover her body, a relatively thin layer an inch thick. The mixture works incredibly well against blunt damage, making it optimal in use against anything not with a bladed edge. This, combined with the outer armor and the armored nano-weave undersuit, allows it to mostly block sharp weapon and bullets, to an extent. Gen:Locke A series of gateways allows a good deal of a black fluid nanomachine mixture to warp around the armor, and form any deal of weaponry or tool imaginable. The mixture, once it hardens, creates a metal roughly as strong as Titanium-Carbide. It can then be disposed of or "melted" back into the armor. Lost fluid can be made from scratch by the armor. The fluid is made from nanites and a rare metal found on a moon not far from its gas giant mother planet. The metal, promptly named "Ragnarock" is a super conductor of electricity, yet instead of being charged, super heats without losing its durability. Nanites constantly repair damage to the fluid and reconstruct any constructions. EH Mk. 4: Energy Hook Mk. 4, is a prototype armor system that operates on a plasma like energy. The Energy Hook is located on the back hand component of the left hand, a simple energy reactor in it extends plasma and shapes it. The Energy Hook is infinitely strong, due to energy, and only broken by the user or interfering electromagnets and fields. "Suicide" Belt: A simple belt containing: ration bars, a snare, serrated combat knife, matches, and other necessities Helmet Statistics: On board camera inside the helmet, records events as they happen. Air stabilizer and rebreather, for toxins, vacuum, and other environments or hazards.

Doesn't sound to shabby, if your one for complex armor systems *raps knuckles on my helmet a few times* but I've already got a good set of gear, just finished cleaning it up to, doesn't look like it did day one but its not supposed to.
