Okay so I don’t get the shakes or anything like that but I get mad cravings and it’s like eating at me to buy a drink and I always give in.. this doesn’t happen every day but at least 3 times a week.
Also when I drink I can’t just have one... or two... (or 3 lmao) never been that type of person..

The way you've described it, I'd say yes. The fact you made this thread means you realize you have a problem. I'd say better to just avoid the stuff for a while. At the most 1 6 pack a week since beer wont just put you away immediately and it provides a clear pace and metric for how your week is going Also, don't eat out much for a little while or if you do ask the waiter/waitress to make sure you have no more than 1 drink
