WASHINGTON — A senior adviser to Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign who was accused of repeatedly sexually harassing a young subordinate was kept on the campaign at Mrs. Clinton’s request, according to four people familiar with what took place.
Mrs. Clinton’s campaign manager at the time recommended that she fire the adviser, Burns Strider. But Mrs. Clinton did not. Instead, Mr. Strider was docked several weeks of pay and ordered to undergo counseling, and the young woman was moved to a new job.
Mr. Strider, who was Mrs. Clinton’s faith adviser, a co-founder of the American Values Network, and sent the candidate scripture readings every morning for months during the campaign, was hired five years later to lead an independent group that supported Mrs. Clinton’s 2016 candidacy, Correct the Record, which was created by a close Clinton ally, David Brock.
He was fired after several months for workplace issues, including allegations that he harassed a young female aide, according to three people close to Correct the Record’s management.
Mr. Strider did not respond to multiple requests for comment.
Looks like Hillary has no room to call for more accountability regarding sexual harassment.

Given her husband's history, she was NEVER positioned to be that voice. She has a long history of transactional relationships with people, and this should really not come as any surprise to people who are familiar with her. She was a lousy candidate for President.....but was (not much) better than the alternative.

Fake news. Downvoted

Edited by Snappy: 1/29/2018 2:35:26 AMWell with a name like Burns Strider I’m not surprised
-
I like how you're still being downvoted for no reason.
-
The sad part is I'm not even shocked about this stuff anymore. It's exhausting trying to keep outraged nowadays.

Edited by Warlock: 1/28/2018 1:42:56 AMAppreciate the intellectual honesty here. Bump

Liberals burning one of their own? Color me impressed.

Anyone who still thinks she can become president after this are silly.
-
Wow, that might be relevant if she was President, or even running for public office. Funny how people choose to focus on irrelevant issues while conveniently ignoring everything that the actual current President does/has done.

“Activist bitches supporting bitches” -Hillary Clinton
yes she actually said this
Edited by AnAverageGamer: 1/27/2018 2:40:03 AMHoly Hell. Wtf?! What’s amusing is that if she were in the White House, she’d probably be impeached over this lol Still, that’s really awful. Absolutely tarnishes my view of her. Docking a few weeks pay and sending a repeated harasser to counseling doesn’t fix that. He should have been gone. Edit: and the bastard didn’t even go to the counseling! Lmao What a sleaze and keeping him on staff was a boneheaded move.

I wouldn't expect anything different honestly. She only became the modern progressive when Bernie got praise. I'm sure there's more dirt that shows how she was putting on a show for Bernie's voters
-
She didn’t divorce bill, she hasn’t had credibility on this subject since 2000
-
This is nothing compared to all the real crimes she's committed.

Edited by tjustie: 1/28/2018 5:04:47 PMHoly shit. My mom came into my room to bring me a plate of chicken nuggets and I literally screamed at her and hit the plate of chicken nuggets out of her hand. She started yelling and swearing at me and I slammed the door on her. I'm so distressed right now I don't know what to do. I didn't mean to do that to my mom but I'm literally in shock from the news tonight. I feel like I'm going to explode. Why the -blam!-ing -blam!- did Hillary shield a sexual predator? This can't be happening. I'm having a -blam!-ing breakdown. I don't want to believe the world is so corrupt. I want a future to believe in. I wanted a proper feminist to be president and fix this sexist country. I cannot -blam!-ing deal with this right now. It wasn't supposed to be like this, I thought she was #withher???? This is so -blam!-ed.

I think to qualify as a politician you have to be human trash.
-
Oh wow! What a surprise! A politician did something shady? I am speechless.....
-
IDK. I don’t think I’d call docking pay and making the guy go to counseling shielding. I think that’s a reasonable response. Although, I’d like to hear how the girl felt when moved to a new job, and if it was an equal job that she equally wanted to do.

MEN MAKE ME SICK
Mr. Strider, who was Mrs. Clinton’s faith adviser, a co-founder of the American Values Network, and sent the candidate scripture readings every morning for months during the campaign
It's just the icing on a -blam!-ed up cake.

To be fair, she did marry Bill. I don’t think her views on sexual harassment will be very moral.
-
A faith adviser? Why? On to the subject at hand, she should be held accountable for this.
