Straight answer

Look, it has been 3 days since I've been able to get on and I've done all troubleshooting and other possible answers for permissions changed issue to no effect. All I want is a straight answer if this will be fixed before reset? With the update and iron banner set for next week there's some actual incentive to play and a good step forward, but if an issue like this continues unresolved, we have a big, F%&KIN issue.

    The straight answer at this point is that Sony is having issues with some accounts and some games, some people are affected in Destiny, some people are affected in other games. Bungie's working with them for it to try and get the Destiny and Destiny 2 issue resolved. Since it's mostly out of Bungie's hands, it'd be a bit hard for Bungie to give you a 'it'll be fixed by ___' time.

    • It's a Sony issue, not a Bungie issue. Some of my friends had the same problem and were able to fix it by logging out of PSN and logging back in. For one of them, this didn't work immediately and she had to do it a second time later and it was fixed.
