tl;dr;
Start a real conversation with a tone that you would come up with when you are talking to your parents. You all are customers not the creators, you have no right in demanding something after buying a product. You can bring in your opinion but please stop that toxic behaviour - no one is anonymous on the net and think of you reading your post in 5 years - would they make you proud?
Edit2: Updated the topic title and link label to point directly towards the article.
Thanks for the nice conversation.
Edit: The title and the link description are obviously written in an aggressive tone to draw attention beneath all the #hashtags - the whole point is about having a civilized conversation again. They are not meant to be offensive to anyone nor do I feel superior to you.
Edited by Jet Set Willy: 1/17/2018 12:43:07 AMI haven't read the 'article'. Rather, I'm simpy going to address the point you make in your post. We're customers. We've paid for a product that is less than it was supposed to be. We've had a roadmap that shows that many of the fixes for things most people would consider obvious issues are months away. We've had an admission that XP gains are too slow but nothing has been done about it, meanwhile the lost sector cheese that let us quickly collect tokens has been patched. We've been told that Eververse was never intended to be a focus when there was a job advert which pretty much stated the opposite. Instead of throwing everything they have at fixing D2 and making it the game it should have been Bungie are directing resources towards Destiny 3. I'm still going to play D2. The worlds and environments are beautiful. The audio is great. The shooter mechanics are spot on.The things that are wrong are the direction that management / leadership are taking the game and the fact that Bungie still appear to be stone deaf and oblivious to the obvious failings and how to fix them. As a starting point I would just like Bungie to start considering player engagement and reward first. To show us that they finally do respect our time. Maybe then the community will start respecting them more, and speaking to them a little nicer.
