Start a real conversation with a tone that you would come up with when you are talking to your parents. You all are customers not the creators, you have no right in demanding something after buying a product. You can bring in your opinion but please stop that toxic behaviour - no one is anonymous on the net and think of you reading your post in 5 years - would they make you proud?
