Traci pulled Rue into her arms and picked her up so she was carrying her bridal style before sprinting faster than humanly possible through the tower. She made her way to the bottom as fast as she could, actually hurting her body and tearing it apart from pushing herself.

[i]The tower cracked and collapsed as stone crashed to the ground, the rubble and debris falling to the cracking concrete as Traci committed to the saving act. As they reached the central courtyard of the palace, Rue had stuttered and cried out in terror, her eyes once calm, now struck by amazement and yet, fear.[/i] "W-What.. how d-did.. Liz.." [i]She wanted to know how "Elizabeth" had done that. She would not get an answer, not yet, for a larger threat emerged.[/i] [i]From the arena itself, a crashing noise broke through the land as a giant black shape rose from the earth, scattering the arena's great stands across the city as if effortlessly. The great being flew high into the air, rays of brilliant sunlight glistening off the ancient obsidian scales as the beast would stretch it's wings, the veins of the structures a deep purple color.[/i] [i]As the dragon's shape blotched out the sun and roared with such a magnitude that the earth shook once more, the citizens of Khaom would cut the bells and horns of war.
