Bungie I know you’re trying to hire a person to manage your monetization of the game. Here is some free advice and I hope it honestly helps this game out. The problem with Eververse is that you honestly gamble your money away hoping to gain something. An item you’re not guaranteed to get no matter how much you spend.
Here is what you should do, sell every single item you have in eververse for a set price. Let say I want the “Selfie” emote I can pay 500 silver. This way everyone can purchase what they want and spend as much as they want. People will be more inclined to buy an item they want.
Bungie is probably thinking at this point(if they are reading) but how does that really keep the consumer buying? Well That’s where consumable item come into play. Let say you sell “3 of Coins” a pack of 10 3oC for 1000 Silver. You can add a new item “Chisel” which can remove Legendary Mods from weapon and gear with out destroying the mod, sell that for the same price. You can also sell a new item, let’s call it a “reset token” this item can be used 3 times a week per account. This reset token can reset one weekly milestone. So let say you want to do Flashpoint again on a toon that week you can use a “reset token” and it would give you the chance to run again on the same toon and get credit for it. This can be sold 10 at 1000 Silver.
With that’s very last suggestion Bungie you would be inclined to add A LOT of content cause the more people want to play your content and grind for and item the more they will spend on “Reset Tokens”
