Without the book he can only cast the spells he memorize. That’s why he has multiple copy’s, including it etched on his sword. All the books are written in a language he made up Also I have a portable tower but I will explain that later and that probably belongs in property Brief description of character Lysanther is a literal genius, spending all 102 years of his life in a great library, that is also a mage school. Lysanther gained the rank of archmage at 100 which is extraordinary for his age. Although he is physically week, he is mentally strong, able to throw out very strong spells with barley a thought. He is able to defend himself and his friends with his incredible knowledge of the arcane arts. But he did live in a library for all his life so he is very Socially awkward.
