The new Battlefront II is a fun game and I thoroughly enjoy it. I also think it looks aesthetically beautiful.

Personally I think it’s a beautiful game I like the fact it’s got a campaign Ppl need to get over loot boxes I want to buy it but I’m thinking of getting the D2 expansion pass or the Y3 siege pass
-
2005 version was better imo.
-
The game has been a disaster. I actually think the brand is so poisoned Battlefront III will need to be re-branded something else. Which would be hilarious as we will once again be denied Battlefront III.

It’s beautiful yes, but thanks to EA, they’ve -blam!-ed it harder than someone high on cocaine telling Pennywise the Clown to shove a ballon up his arse. And that’s putting it lightly! Randomized progression, all in an effort to make you buy micro transactions, repeats all the time, 2100$ to buy it all, or over 1,000 hours, and to top it all off, they said they’re not changing their strategy with MTX. At this point, I want Disney to just man handle these assholes until they start bleeding!!! Gah!!!! *Crash!!* Ugh...ugh.....gah...........okay...rant over.:..

Decent game but not worth put up with EA’s crap.
-
Just think it's a bit meh..... no real immersion, maybe it's the 3rd person perspective, doesn't feel skillful. Aerial combat is sweet though.

Edited by Kone19ps: 1/5/2018 7:02:01 PMSame issues as the first. Shallow even for its additions and I hate randomized progression made worse by the microtransaction model. Graphics are also the lowest priority for me and really the only thing the game excels at

I agree. I don’t see how people shit themselves over loot boxes. From my experience even if loot boxes are pay to win I’ll still not really give a crap and play the game anyway. If it’s fun it’s fun. Boycotting games like some people do would drive me cracked especially if it’s Star Wars.

Edited by VQ: 1/3/2018 4:16:42 PMTo me, it just looked like a more stiff playing Battlefield, smaller scale however. The new classes are alright, it felt like they were leaning to a hero shooter type thing where everybody has a role and you need a squad to fully preform, and I don’t like that. Some classes are incredibly lacking until you get some cards that can help them compete, best example being Heavy. The space battles they’ve nailed head on, probably the best aerial combat throughout the series. They could add some character customization so it wouldn’t look as stiff as it does to me, but this is EA. Wake me up when we get Grievous.

If it wasn't for the micro transactions it would have been more popular, the game itself is fun and I enjoy playing it, but hard to start fresh while playing against a bunch of pay to play ppl. It takes time but you are able to get good loot

I cannot, in good faith, support EA any longer. They have gone too far, and need to correct their behaviour. As a consumer, I have one means of redress: to withhold my money. If you want change, vote with your wallet. I may be only one person, but if others do the same, EA will get the message- Ubisoft certainly did with releasing games early. So until EA fixes their shit, I'm out.

You're not wrong... But EA
-
The graphics are great and the gameplay is fine. I think most will agree with that. Players have issues with the rng loot crate system being tied to progression, and adding micro transactions to that was a pay to win model in a full priced AAA title. I'll wait before buying. EA stated the micro transactions were only temporarily removed. I'm being cautious, I will wait to see how they reintroduce them before I buy.

It's a beautifully made game and it makes you feel like you're in the Star Wars universe, but EAs terrible business practices and the progression system is what severely holds it down
-
It’s a pretty good and fun game. Easy to get what you need as well
-
Wish I had a pc that could run it :(

Edited by shiloh: 1/2/2018 1:12:47 PMI completely agree, and most people that say they hate it probably haven’t even played it.
-
I like it, something with the aiming bothers me though. At some times it feels strong as hell, other times it's like you can't even aim. Like super high aim assist when a targets directly in front of you, then it almost just drops off.
-
All the guns feel weak
-
It is very fun. I love it!
-
Thanks, I've been on the fence about BF2, l might give it a go now.
-
This is a factually correct statement. Battlefront 2 is very fun, and is quite beautiful. That said some of the graphical effects can be a bit weird. Like DICE's decision to just have UNLIMITED, LEEEEAAAAAVEEEEES!!!!! Seriously, have you SEEN the amount of leaves on Takodanna and Naboo?
-
I’ve heard great things about it, I even have friends who love it. I just can’t support EA after what thy did with micro transactions
-
GAYEEEEEEEEEA
-
It was alright. And Using Kylo Ren was a freaking blast... Honestly Kylo Ren and Darth Maul I think are the 2 most powerful Villains in the Game
-
Is pretty, but if you just want to play something in that universe there are better/less expensive/less grindy Star Wars games to play
