Ugh...
High ur body
It's yaboi C-c-ca-Cartis, sorry about the stutter, i tripped up the stairs while typpepend... Ah crabcakes, i tripped again.
Well I'll just leave that there.
So akward, shitacular, intros aside. What was your favorite game of the year?
Also
how do all these squares make a circle?
For me i gotta give it to Persona 5. The
game is a mediocre masterpiece.
It's got a superb soundtrack.
Gameplay is fun, but not revolutionary. A copied trope of "gotta catch them all" that you wanna go with.
Can live the social life you've always wanted and date that cute punk nurse who likes to give you drugs!
If i had to recommend a game from 2017, this would be it.

Horizon Zero Dawn
-
Fortnite
-
Last time i said NHL18, lol right? Now i've played Prey. Only ~2hrs in
-blam!-in' man-flu, leave me, so i can game in peace :)
Seems good, like everything it offers for now. Encountered a bigger thing, with my shiny newfound silenced pistol.
didn't expect it can teleport, guess who won.
So, Prey is my new goty'17, wooo!

Games that came out in 2017, I just bought destiny 2 and battlefront 2. I much preferred Titanfall 2 out of this year's purchases.
-
GOTY 2017 Fortite. It’s one of the only good newly released games
-
Crash N Sane Trilogy
-
Horizon zero dawn. Easily. I’m wearing a shirt with aloy on it now as I write this on the train home!
-
Nier Automata!
-
Forza Motorsport 7, no contest. Hands down winner.
-
-
Wolfenstein 2 for me! By far one of my favourite shooter games I've played so far. Had a really great story to go along with it. Runner-up would be Super Mario Odyssey
-
Zelda
-
Probably Zelda botw.
-
Definitely BOTW. Became my favorite game of all time. In my opinion it is a leap forward for open world games as a whole. Runner up is N Sane Trilogy, no regrets about saying that.

I will have to give it to Divinity Original Sin 2. Improves massively over the first and I sunk so many hours into it during early access and at launch. Persona 5 comes a close second, the only reason it didn't get my top spot is it frustrated me as much as I enjoyed it. Being told to sleep by Morgana made me want to kick that cat so hard especially on days where I hadn't done anything and it sent me straight to my room, couldn't even make lock picks.

It’s hard for me to say, just because it’s easy to get caught up in a game when you’re still playing it. The contenders for me are: Super Mario Odyssey The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Destiny 2 PUBG I probably would lean towards Mario, but man I am obsessed with PUBG at the moment. I probably won’t be able to answer this question accurately until mid February.
-
Only 2017 game I bought was destiny 2 and that was like getting my heart ripped out. So mine is Rainbow 6 Siege one of the best games I’ve ver played
-
TEKKEN 7. Nier: Automata.
-
Probably Gravity Rush 2. I loved everything about the game. Even the DLC, which left a bigger plothole than Bioshock Infinite! Honorable mentions go to; Super Mario Odyssey: Fun game, but I don’t like the “Banjo-Kazooie” style of collectathon as much as the older “Mario” style ones, and am saddened they took the former route. Cuphead: Super fun, no doubt. No real complaints, actually. Just couldn’t match Gravity Rush. ARMS: If it had some sort of story mode, this would probably have won, honestly.
-
Persona 5
-
-
My personal GOTY.... Has to be Cuphead. Need I say more?
-
Hellblade Senua's Sacrifice was thee most unique title I played/owned this year. After that would be Horizon Zero Dawn. Can't remember the last time the core story of an open world title kept me moving forward.
-
My game of the year? Hmmmm.... I don’t really have one. Also, why is the tag “Tigerman” there? You trying to draw me in or something
-
NieR: Automata but that's a given
