I was restricted from crucibles
About 5 weeks ago I was restricted from crucible because come to find out somebody in my trials game was knocking people offline and I would like to apologize for that. I’ll try and make sure I am never involved with that activity anymore , please unrestrict me.

If you're restricted, then you will have to wait it out. Bungie does not uplift bans/srestrictions, nor do they discuss them. At least you're not permanently banned.
