Hello,
Today is the sixth attempt at me purchasing silver on Xbox marketplace for Destiny 2 and the sixth time I have not gotten it. After spending several hours on the phone with Microsoft it was concluded that I am not getting licenses from Bungie. Please fix this as I really like the game and want to be able to purchase in game content. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating.

It’s been well over 4 days now since I have contacted Bungie I have even tried to use their forums and tried to call them, I’ve filled out their silver recovery page and everything, still no response? Is this really how Bungie treats their customers? They don’t care if we got the product we purchase as long as they get the money right? Well I’ll be requesting a refund from Xbox live for they money I spent and I will receive a refund even tho it states a no refund policy, I have not received the goods I tried to purchase so therefore I will receive a refund. You would think that Bungie would do what they can to keep a customer.
