The scannable in the elevated room between the two areas in the Tower cannot be scanned anymore. I know it used to work, but since the DLC dropped, I have not been able to hold down my button to scan it. The circle starts but rarely goes past 10%, rapidly restarting a few times a second. I know it's a minor issue, but it's an issue nonetheless. I've tested it on both my controller and keyboard.
