I don't play Hunter so I was wondering if someone who does could answer a question.
With the ArcStaff super I have noticed on YouTube (KackISHD) that when using this super you seem to be invulnerable from boss ground slams and you can just stay there and keep hitting the boss.
Is this right?
If so Nice!

Edited by Joker_Karasu: 12/21/2017 2:17:57 AMSince the update Arcstrider with the Raiden Flux completely demolishes ground based strike bosses as long you continue attacking. I’ve practically killed them singlehandedly. With someone else laying into them with another super they die before the Arcstrider super runs out.

It’s bc of the lunge that compensates and absorbs the school from a slam

Edited by joey big guns: 12/21/2017 1:46:56 AMNo but you can make yourself stay put with the character mechanics. Arcstriders are awesome in PEs. You can take out the ground based boss and a HVT on the same super.

All i use in strikes is arcstrider it absolutely smashes bosses xD

Time your counter attack right as the boss smashes and your fly forward regardless of the momentum of anything that hits you (works against phalanx shield bashes too) meaning you don't go anywhere and can continue to wail away at the boss with impunity.

A ninja buff... but even so. The Boss Ground slam could be countered with a well timed "dodge" while using your super, aka the "kicky dodgey flippy move."
