Radiolarian Culture in particular is an absolute chore to grind. Chests are annoying to farm for this, as there is a very low chance of getting this outside Mercury, there's still a pretty low chance on Mercury itself, and you can't even spawn your sparrow on Mercury to make getting around at least somewhat bearable. Public Events? Low chance outside of Mercury, and the ONLY public event on Mercury takes ages to spawn and doesn't even guarantee a drop when you beat it, despite easily being one of the longest and most intricate public events in the game thus far.
To remedy this, I propose the following changes:
* Guaranteed drop of Radiolarian Culture in every Mercury chest.
* Guaranteed drop of 2 Radiolarian Culture in every Mercury event.
As for Paradox Amplifiers, they're alright, but I really think that the following drops should be guaranteed:
* 3 in every strike, +1 if it takes place on Mercury.
* 2 in every crucible match.
This way, someone could get a Concentrated Radiolarian Culture relatively quickly by staying on Mercury.
The Fossilized Hermaion Blossom is fine where it is, as you get them relatively quickly by farming Heroic strikes, and when one drops it is always the rare variant. I've had a full stack (3) of them since near the beginning of my grinding session, and if the other two where anywhere near as easy to grind for I wouldn't have a single problem with this system.
