Complete disconnected from reality and the community
Bungie is promoting crap they know is bugged (Facebook). This is a clear indication they want you to burn your shards so you’re forced to grind the same boring shit over and over. Stay away from 3oC and this exotic giveaway as currently one reduces the chance of exotics and the other may give you something you already have. Tons of complains in the forums and reddit
This is a clear indication of the community being ignored.

Mine worked. It decrypted in to the telesto which I didn’t have at the time.
