Due to her obsession with becoming perfect, she got in contact with a person who could genetically improve her body via the designs and specifications she sent him. After the procedure, she went from being human, to something more. Her genome resembles that of a human, but is no longer it, now something more, the results of a forced evolution. Her physical appearance is that of above, alien like yet human, indigo skin color and sapphire eyes. [/spoiler] [b]Alias:[/b] "Blue Raspberry" A nickname she was called by a man named Mordecai, went down in an awkward social moment. =========================== [b]Personality:[/b] [spoiler]Gwen, being an adventurous woman, has the patience to do anything and get it done correctly when it comes to the task. As a result, she is quick witted and stubborn a majority of the time, choosing to actively seek action and adventure, rather than let it come to her. The woman, given past events, is a bit of an egomaniac, and looks down upon people at times. She's more refined and quiet, less outgoing, and calm and collected as well. She has a lot of patience, and can be calm in the face of danger, considering she has to be if she did want to live while out alone. Being herself, she felt helpless during a certain time in her life, and changed it. The girl fears death, and sought to extend her life out of fear of the unknown.[/spoiler] [b]Biography:[/b] [spoiler] From birth, Gwen has always been adventurous, and as a result she came to Amoridia for that very reason; adventure. Her past life dealt with drugs and gang violence, due to her family living in Diez, in a run down section of the city, their land lord demanded too much for rent, and her father turned to dealings with a well organized mafia. Running with them as a banker, he sometimes dealt with drugs and all too much cash. He was allowed to pocket some, a cut, roughly 10% due to his service and role in the crime circuit. As a result, her father managed to get them out of the slums and into a nicer, more modern apartment in Diez. It was going well, until a deal went bad, and most of the group her father worked with died, leaving him wounded and one of the few survivors. The mafia he worked with showed mercy, let him return home, and keep his cut, as long as he counted the money and pounds still. This lead to excess amounts of drugs in Gwen's apartment, where her father started using some, and eventually overdosed on Meth. Her mother, having fallen in love with her father's boyish charm, stuck with him the entire time, supporting him through the mafia work. She was more distant, hoping for a better life for her daughter and one away from drugs. She got her wish, in the form of moving out of their first shabby apartment, where Gwen attended school finally and the girl's father started making decent money through the mafia. The bad deal happened, and not long after he overdosed. Without him, Gwen's mother couldn't function, breaking down every other night, making Gwen stress and worry. Not long after her father died, Gwen's mother passed away from a broken heart, a stroke. Gwen herself managed to fair decently, although once her father died, and her mother went crazy, Gwen turned too the one thing that killed her father; drugs. She started small, using her dead father's ties to the mafia for weed and marijuana, using them for quick highs and stress relievers, which lead to addictions and later her own work in the mafia. A few months went by, and she managed to contact her uncle, by which then Gwen was a nervous wreck and couldn't keep a grip on life, having thought of suicide as an answer. Her uncle took her in, helped her clean up, and home schooled the girl. Eventually moving out of Diez to the outskirts of the city, where her uncle showed Gwen the basics of life, how to shoot, hunt, care for herself, and modern life as well. Eventually Gwen said goodbye, leaving her uncle behind to move to Haven, and start a new life... =========================== Currently Gwen is studying arcane and mundane arts at one of the various universities in New Haven. She believes that eventually she ma be able to unlock abilities some have never experienced before... After a series of events that lead to her becoming obsessed with becoming "perfect", Gwen designed a series of genetic upgrades that would cause the human genome to "evolve", undergoing a procedure to induce those changes. The girl is no longer human, something more than it, and is far more powerful than she realizes. After an instance in a secluded hideout with Miles and Tara, Gwen discovered what she would later call [b]"Eternity"[/b], a dimensional plane that acts behind the reality we all know. This hellspace seems untouched, a higher dimension, where your mind creates or does as it pleases. A place where heaven and hell exist. The ballistic plating is thinner, under it is ballistic gel, and ceramic plating, making it heat and mostly small arms resistant, sustained fire or large rounds still damage it. The helmet she wears is capable of syncing with technology and allows her to manipulate it. [/spoiler] [b]Genetic / Upgrade Info;[/b] [spoiler] Gwen's genome after the genetic engineering is different yet vaguely familiar to a humans. It is upgraded in several areas, inducing permanent changes such as; -Increased healing factor -Sharper reflexes and reaction times -Higher neuron firing, making her thought processing much faster -Highly increased longevity, her lifespan is expected to be 1000 years or more. -A basic degree of dark matter manipulation, unknown cause Implants/Augmentations: A series of implants boosts her given ability to manipulate dark matter, although the outcome is still nothing major, it makes her much more effective on the battlefield. The implants boost the gifted ability, and allow her to perform these actions, although it is not limited to them; -Throw or pull and object or life form -cause explosions or implosions, rupturing organs or even crushing people or animals -short range teleportation -boosted mobility, able to jump higher or dash in any direction -ability to create a field able to stop bullets or projectiles in any direction, sustained fire and projectile size deplete it faster or slower Implants allow her to interface directly with machinery or other networks or devices, however this requires a two way street, one with the device, the other with her mind. Power comes at a price, and she left herself open to infiltration. However, getting in isn't as easy as it seems. [/spoiler]
