I am feeling really frustrated at the point i am writing this. It seems that this only happens to my country "Malaysia" I have been getting this "Buffalo" error non stop since 2 weeks ago . At that point of time I nicely ask for help in this section & was given a copy & paste msg to check my internet connection. OK I accept that, did all i could to figure out the problem.
But it turns out , it was not my fault at all. How I know this ? Easy, I have a raid team that is from other countries & also my country.
How is it possible a internet problem or connection problem if my teammate from my country got the same "Buffalo" error at the exactly same time I got it & we were in the same fireteam. Another fact we both live in different states.
Also when we get disconnected its usually to the Blizzard app.
With all these facts taken into account its most likely a server problem.
All I am requesting is for Blizzard / Bungie announce & clarify if this is our Country problem or Blizzard server problem?
If its the server problem just announce it & we would understand & only require a timeframe of when it can be fix instead of keeping us in the dark & losing all of our trust.
If it is our own country's internet problem then we would know who to call & get it fix.
SO please Bungie / Blizzard I understand that this game is suppose to run for 8 - 10 years but keeping ur own customers in the dark is already bad & with how many people already disappointed with D2 the game won't last at all which I would prefer if it won't happen.
Just give us an acknowledgement there is a problem here instead of being silent & making things worse.
