Fix Arcite 99-40
See alot of posts on this bug. Need a reply Bungie. Your making the game harder then it has to be. At least tell all the posts on the same subject the fix.

Fix what? Go to the Gunsmith at the Tower. That is where you claim the rank up engrams.

Arcite accepts parts and grants rep, but no longer issues engrams. You'll need to pick them up from Banshee at the tower.
